Large catalogues are useful for discovery, but purchasing decisions usually begin with a much smaller working list. The aim is not to save every product; it is to make the next review easier.
Choose a collection, filter by the price range that fits your plan, and save the SKU references that meet the first pass. Keep variants, minimum order quantity and delivery market visible in the same note.
Before asking for a quote, mark the products that are essential, comparable alternatives and exploratory options. This gives the sales conversation a useful decision structure from the start.
A buyer-ready list also makes handover easier. Colleagues can see what was considered and why, without repeating the entire product search.
