When to use WhatsApp and when to send a structured RFQ
Choose the contact path that gives you the fastest useful answer without losing the requirements that matter.

Both contact paths have a role. WhatsApp is useful when a buyer needs a quick first response, wants to confirm a reference or needs to establish the right category contact.
A structured RFQ is better when multiple SKUs, quantities, target markets or documentation requirements need to be reviewed together. It creates a single record of the details that influence an accurate reply.
The strongest workflow often uses both: open the first conversation through the appropriate category line, then send a structured request when the shortlist is ready for a formal quotation.
